4-Step Process for Building Product
and Creating Value for Investors

At Public Products, we have developed a clear and strategic 4-step process to bring innovative products to market while generating value for both the company and our investors. Our approach is designed to minimize risk and maximize potential return, with a focus on achieving sustainable growth and providing opportunities for profitable exits.

Step 1

Envision, Build, and Test Internally

The first stage of our process involves envisioning, building, and testing products internally. During this phase, we rely on self-funding to explore product ideas, market fit, and monetization potential. The goal is to determine whether the concept has the ability to scale and generate significant revenue. Not every idea progresses beyond this stage, as we prioritize ideas that show the most promise in terms of market demand and financial viability.

Step 2

Angel Investment to Establish Product Market Fit

Once a product shows strong potential and is ready for market introduction, we open it up to angel investors for capital infusion. This stage helps us secure the necessary funding to finalize development, refine the product, and establish a presence in the market. While the risk at this stage is still high, we have a clear product and business direction, and we believe there will be no loss of value with continued execution. Angel investors play a critical role in providing the seed capital needed to take the product from concept to market-ready.

Step 3

Raising Growth Capital to Scale the Business

After reaching market readiness and proving initial traction, we move to raise growth capital to expand the business and capture market share. At this point, we have a proven business model, a clear strategy for scaling, and the only remaining requirement is capital. The risks at this stage are considerably lower, as the business plan has been validated, and we are focused on accelerating growth and securing long-term profitability. For investors, this stage represents a lower-risk investment with a high likelihood of return on capital.

Step 4

Exit Strategy via Strategic Sale or Public Offering

The final stage of our process involves executing an exit strategy, which can take the form of a strategic sale or an initial public offering (IPO). Our goal is to provide both our investors and ourselves with an opportunity to liquidate our positions through a profitable exit within approximately 5 years. By reaching this stage, we aim to achieve the highest possible return on investment, maximizing the value of the business for all stakeholders.

At Public Products

Our approach ensures that each stage of growth is backed by a solid business plan, a tested market fit, and clear milestones. Through this process, we build products that are positioned for success while delivering tangible value to investors along the way.
